Style - Get the Look

The always adorable Nicole Richie was looking more classic chic than her usual bohemian-esque style on Tuesday. At the 7-Eleven "Cup with a Cause" Richie-Madden coffee cup design launch, Nicole channeled Audrey Hepburn for her all-black ensemble. It suits that Nicole would channel the icon, right? Especialy since Audrey was always known for her philanthrophy.

Nicole's look is easy to achieve. Start out with Banana Republic's long-sleeve turtleneck. A quality blend of cotton/silk/cashmere, this will become a go-to piece in your wardrobe.

Pair the turtleneck with Rich & Skinny's 'Legacy' black denim leggings. A rinsed-to-perfection pair of jeans, Rich & Skinny denimis designed to fit you like glove while elongating your legs. The front pockets are faux; the back pockets are subtle.

Slip your feet into J.Crew's Camden leather brogues. Borrowed from the boys, these nubuck leather shoes are absolutely luxurious. They're made in Italy (hello, quality!) and feature fantastic wing-tip details. While Richie wore hers in black, I'd suggest you make nutmeg or light ginger your colour of choice (trust me, next summer the lighter colours will allow you more versatility).

Finish your look off with some painted on cat-eye eyeliner (I love L'Oreal's Voluminous eyeliner marker).
