Multicoloured leopard-print in a gam-highlighting gossamer silk-chiffon, this Roberto Cavalli jumpsuit certainly is something to behold. Simply designed, it features a round neck, epaulets (ornamental shoulder pieces for those of you who don't speak fashion), draped detailing, buttons down the front, and tie-up ankles. It's a lot to take in, right? But then again, Roberto Cavalli usually is.
This 100 percent silk silk jumpsuit was a hit on the runway, where the designer cinched the waist with a feather-tasseled belt, and draped a jacket over the shoulders for a little extra drame. Peep-toed ankle booties completed the look, which are spot-on style for Fall 2010. And, not just for summer, this Roberto Cavalli silk jumpsuit shows us yet another piece we can stylishly segue from the summer months to fall.
As usual with these beautiful or bizarre entries, I'm stuck debating within the folds of my own fashion-friendly mind whether or not this safari-style jumpsuit is something I could style in a real way. I mean, it is a practical piece, and it is leopard-print, and it is silk...
What say you?
