Beautiful or Bizarre? | Marc Jacobs Collection Printed Silk Dress

I’m all about classic styles coming back as chic, but Marc Jacobs has taken it too far, –
Check out his Great-Aunt-Grandmother-bed-dress-inspired sheath.
The fact that it’s Italian silk is appealing, but super soft silk is trumped by an awful orchid print. Pair that pattern with a style that’s better suited for senior citizens, and you’ve got 995 dollars worth of ugly.
So I’m not buying, but what about you girls?

I think it would take a very unique person to pull off this dress. I realize that floral prints are big this spring, but this print is lacking. The purple one looks like an Easter dress for a tween. The teal one I could see on V-Beck or Eva Longoria. You won’t see either on me.
