Vera Wang jersey shift dress via Net-A-Porter.com While Vera Wang’s first line for Kohl’s was an enormous success –

thanks in part to convenient store locations, extreme price cuts, and darling designs–

I’m debating whether or not this jersey shift from her Lavender line is worth the full price of $595 at Net-A-Porter.

Wang, one of America’s most sought-after wedding gown designers, originally started producing her Lavender line for “evening only” wear, priced lower than her original namesake designs.

And while stars everywhere this season are sporting jewel-embellished necklines on their sleek sheaths, I’m not convinced this one is worth half a grand.

Unless those are real Swarovski crystals.
