More Ankle Boots
I swore I’d never revert to disgusting examples of the 80s re-vamped, and my excuse for loving ankle boots is this: They were vogue among early-American pilgrims, therefore, ankle boots are NOT a product of the 80s. Unless we’re talking the 1680s.
Pucci’s take on the style has me inspired with its scalloped-edges, crinkled leather, and GOLD! trim. While at first glance you may think them too avant-garde, think this: Every woman needs a little spice in her wardrobe, so take advantage while you can. These would be perfect with your favourite skinny jeans or mod mini.

A footwear favourite for fall, when Christian Louboutin features a design, you know it’s got style-staying power. Take the Miss Fred shoe boot, for example. Sure I’ve featured them before, and why not again? All patent and polished with a sweet rounded toe, gold accents, and lace-up ties, these booties are haute stuff. And paired with black tights? Your daytime wardrobe has never seen so much dreme.
