Hope’s How-To | Dress for Under $100
And they said dressing for less was impossible. Well, ladies, it’s quite possible. In fact, I’d venture to say that it’s a sure thing.
Dressing for less does not mean you sacrifice any style or quality. Quite the contrary. And it’s so easy to do.
1. Search for sales. Just because something is full price is not a sure guarantee that it’s fashionable. Quite often, sale items have more staying power, and they’re pieces you’ll wear again and again.
2. Don’t buy it just because it’s on sale. Always choose quality over quantity. While one staple shirt may cost $50, if it’s great quality, then it’s infinitely more beneficial than buying 5 sale items for $10/piece that you’ll never wear.
3. Fashion can be frugal. Depending on your financial situation, finding a deal may not be totally necessary. But, if it is, look around. Chances are the same pair of shoes you can buy at Barney’s for $300 can be found on a discount fashion site like Bluefly for significantly less $$$.
